The location of the hotel was good as it was close to some nice street food and there were always taxis available. the staff were friendly and willing to help with any issues we had during our stay. the air conditioning in the room worked well and kept us cool during the hot days.

The bed was uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep well at night. the towels provided were old and stained, which was not pleasant.

We had a problem with the reservation and I had the owner on the phone but he would not listen to me and yet the issue was issue to be resolved. I had to hand the phone to one of the guest attendant to explain the situation which was solved immediately. Also, the hotel is very noisy, the doors are so thin and short that you can almost see somebody climbing the stairs, hear them talking as if you were in the same room and be awaken when the light in the stairs is turned on. The pool is almost in the street, and as there is a lot of traffic, the pollution is very visible (did not smell good as well, not that great for a hotel spa) and as the street is not quiet, the pool area is very noisy as well. It is defenitely not a hotel to relax.

Polite night staff, decent penthouse suite with spacious balcony and ocean view, excellent tickets to Simone Cabaret, away from hustle and bustle but close enough to walk or take tuk-tuk, no credit card-free reservation.

Hotel is located near seaside and you can enjoy watching wonderful and marvellous sunset.

The hotel does not provide any free coffee, tea or drinking water in the room. No beach towel is provided. There is only one face towel, why? The shampoo and soap liquid is just enough for one person only. The quantity of breakfast is not enough. For example, you only have a cup of orange juice and two toast only! During my second day in the hotel, the rubbish in the bin had not been cleaned and no refillment of the shampoo and soap liquid. There are dust beside the sofa. It seemed that it had not been cleaned for over a month. You need 15 minutes and 30 minutes walk to the beach and centre accordingly but no shuttle is provided by the hotel. The wooden floor may make you go sleeping not easily as people from the upper floor walking around.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect - I could easily walk to the beach or hop on a tuktuk to explore the city. I couldn't believe how clean everything was, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. Plus, the staff were some of the friendliest people I've met in my travels. They made sure I had everything I needed and always had a smile on their faces.

The hotel was amazing! Great location- 20 minutes walking from Bangla street in Patong, where all the fun is. The hotel is fancy, clean, and very comfortable. Rooms are very nice and big. I highly recommend it.

There are some ants in the room- but not this much annoying!

Great Location and Nice Staff

Had a great New Year's stay at this hotel. The hotel is located near the beach and there are great views of the sea and mountains. The nearby night market was a big plus for food options. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The room upkeep left something to be desired. The furniture was old and worn, and the bedsheets and towels were stained and looked old.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Patong, but only a 5 minute motorbike away.

The shower could've been cleaner. They need someone to come in and clean some of the crime off the rails of the shower door, but not really a big deal.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is situated close to Patong Beach, for chilling moments but enough far from there to rest.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to nearby beaches and a night market for food. the tour desk arranges excellent cabaret tickets and the staff are understanding and helpful. the spacious balcony in the penthouse suite with deck chairs and an ocean view is a great place to relax.

The hotel has no restaurant and breakfast is not provided, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

Very close to the beach, you can see and hear the ocean with reasonable price and the owner was very nice and friendly.
